Well am feeling really good about myself today.
The weekends are the hardest time to control my eating habits. My husband works on Saturdays and that is when I start eating rubbish.
This morning I decided that this was going to change.
I woke up at 6am when he went to work, and I had a shower and went to the gym. After the gym I went to get the groceries I needed for my weeks menu plan.
Lst night I went through my WW cookbooks and made a week menu plan. I have decided that this is probably the best way for me to control the dinners I make or buy for that matter. At least this way I have all the food I need available and have no excuses not to make healthy choices.
Anyway am so glad that I have made these decisions and I feel empowered. I s that odd?????

I find the weekends the hardest too and I can go a little crazy but I am trying to change that now.
Well done for getting up and going to the gym and also for planning your meals. It does help when you are prepared.

The ticker things I actually got them from www.tickerfactory.com and I actually got the idea from Kris' blog. So all the credit should go to her. But they are so easy to set up. I think having a visual tool like that really helps.
